Stress really is everywhere. Work stress, life stress, society collapsing in on itself and the crushing weight of existential dread...

🎶"IMPORTANT QUESTION OF THE DAY" 🎶 What's something completely innocuous that annoys you beyond belief? I'll start - People who emphasise the word ROLL, when discussing various types of roll. It's KITCHEN roll, TOILET roll, SAUSAGE roll. Not 'kitchen ROLL' Infuriating.

The metaphors never stop with PWB 😄 A thoroughly enjoyable #NRAPS (7 years going strong!) connecting with colleagues and the SPEX Psychology community in the north 👌 Only managed a few pictures, but there were many superb research and applied talks. Great to see a blend 👏

Dr Pete Olusoga Josh Fletcher EightyPercentMental There's a technical term for the absence of stress. It's called death. When you learn to accept that there will always be some stress, and figure out ways to use it, hurdle it, accept it, etc, then you can talk about success in life. Avoiding stress is not an option. Good stuff!
