I’ve always preferred presenting work-in-progress at seminars, but gradually learned that in economics this is frowned upon 🤷‍♂️

I think this is the probably case for many (maybe most?) preventative health interventions. They usually don't save money in the long run. We should value health for its own sake, not for some imagined cost savings.
