In the last election in Elmwood-Transcona, the Liberals took just shy of 15% of the vote. Now they are taking just shy of 5%. The NDP took 49.7% last election and the Conservatives 28%. Which tells me, voters who backed the Liberals last time aren't moving to the NDP.
