Yesterday’s PIA Design WA Apartment Design Code 101 workshop with planners and architects gave us all a chance to workshop the types of projects and scenarios that will arise when #DesignWA launches in May.

Enjoyed spending time with Kathy Bonus role playing local government planners as proponents at yesterdays PIA Design WA Apartment Design Code 101 workshop We’ve been involved in the design review from both sides of the table so it was great to share stories!

At Gresley Abas, we’ve joined the fight to #endhomelessness. Our social housing project for Queensland Government employs good design to share facilities and retain existing trees. It also aligns with Point 2 of the @_everybodyshome 5-point plan. bit.ly/2MIrvOw.

Gresley Abas is really pleased to welcome Jonathan Lake today, as our new Design Leader. His experience ranges from single homes to the $150M Kings Square Redevelopment in Fremantle. It’s a huge coup to have him join us and we look forward to working on great projects!
