When life gives you strawberries, make daiquiris

6 large strawberries
50ml white rum
Juice half a lime
Simple syrup (optional)
Blitz strawbs in a blender. Strain. Return, add rum, a handful of ice, and lime, blitz again. Serve in margarita glass, pour capful of spiced rum on top
