I've worked in clinics w/team based care & others where I worked independently as a physician. For me, there's no comparison. I can offer far superior care in a team environment.
Amazing patient care comes from SWs, RNs, pharmacists, OTs, PTs, PAs, dieticians, counsellors etc

Dr. Alika Lafontaine MD For those who doubt that pan canadian license would risk physicians moving out to urban ON, BC, QC, from other places, ask yourself, what stops them from moving now. Nothing! If physicians want to move they will move. Pan Canadian license would have a national pool of physicians.

When you want to cut through the noise & understand what's really happening on the Covid front, listen to the brilliant Eric Topol. This is the messaging we should be getting from elected & medical leaders. Fact that we aren't is an inexcusable failure.

Big shout out to The Globe and Mail for producing multiple editorials this week about addressing social problems, mental health through funding, rather than pretending this has something to do with our laws.
