My friend Giacomo is on the market! Check out his JMP to learn all about how full implementation works without rational expectations!

My friend and ``academic sibling'' Ege is on the market! I learned a lot from her paper on decentralized matching markets. A beautiful blend of many-to-one matching theory and game-theoretic search! Is equilibrium behavior consistent with stability? Check out her paper!

Hey #EconTwitter , my friend and colleague Arnab is on the job market! Anyone looking for an IO economist with broad interests and a fantastic colleague cannot miss him. His JMP tells us a lot about non-exclusivity regulations by looking at the UK sports broadcasting market!

Here is the second version of my monograph on "minimalist market design," now with a new chapter on liver exchange and an expanded one on kidney exchange. It can be useful for researchers who aspire to influence policy as outsider critics. arxiv.org/pdf/2401.00307

Very proud to report that, our partners at Malatya successfully performed a world-first 6-way liver exchange through Banu Bedestenci Sönmez Liver Exchange System on Tuesday, followed by their 9th and the world’s 11th 3-way exchange on wednesday!

I am extremely proud of supporting this incredible transplant team. The world's first 6-way liver exchange was carried out in Malatya this week in addition to conducting all two 5-way exchanges, all four 4-way exchanges, and 9 of the 11 3-way exchanges in the world.

Two parties negotiate in the presence of external resolution opportunities (e.g., court, arbitration, or war). We study equilibrium effects of these opportunities on bargaining. From Mehmet Ekmekci and Hanzhe Zhang: restud.com/reputational-b
