This morning we welcomed Ashley and Rebecca from the Ambulance Service to our School. The children were given a tour of the Double Crewed Ambulance and were able to see and use the equipment. They particularly liked the lights and siren! Thank you for taking the time to visit us.

As our J6 children spend the last days together before moving to Senior School what could be better than a leavers' day out at Stanwick Lakes. They climbed, balanced, leapt, crawled and swung their way through the day. A fantastic memory to take with them, fun, friends, laughter!

We are delighted to introduce our new Heads of School, Nicola and Ianto, and Deputy Head of School, Alfie. We know that they will bring their own ideas, energy and enthusiasm to the roles and that they will be outstanding!

It is almost 35 years since the first students walked through our gates. Since then we have added girls, juniors, a new Sports Centre, Junior School, and Sixth Form Centre, and some of the best results in the county. We would love to hear from any of the Class of ‘89.

Well done Lucas, break a leg! Lucas and the Silhouette Youth Theatre have been performing 'The Tempest' at The RSC's Holloway Garden Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon. Lucas played the part of King Alonso, they felt very privileged to be under the banner of the RSC.

The dust has settled on the term but Rob and Dave are creating cloud! Rob has been busy returning the steps and doorway to their original beauty and Dave has moved over 300 tonnes of gravel. Our hall and the area in front of it will be more beautiful than ever. Well done chaps!!

Well done to the children that worked so hard to raise the fantastic amount of £5860 for the Faraway Children's Charity. We are proud of all the effort and hard work that you put into the fund raising. The money will be make a difference to the lives of 600 local families.

Our families and friends enjoyed a wonderful evening at our Film and Food Event. Thank you to the parents that helped and to Brook Meadow for being such generous hosts. The event was organised by the PTFA and raised £950. Fun, film, food and friends!

A level results day is nearly upon us and we know it can be an emotional time. The best advice we can give is not to panic, and to be positive and ready to embrace the opportunities that the results will bring! Whatever your questions we are here to support you! Good luck!

The work to create a new Common Room for years 7, 8, 9 and 10 continues and the transformation is remarkable! Thank you to the PTFA for supporting this renovation and for all of the parents, students and our own Mrs Kirk for their hard work on some very hot days.

Great news for the class of 2024: hard work has been rewarded and all of our students have been won much-coveted places at top universities on top courses! Congratulations to everyone and we will roll out some individual stories over the next few days. Bravo!

Well done to the Class of 2024. The GCSE results are impressive and our students warrant all of the plaudits that their efforts deserve. Particular praise is due to Dom who secured an extraordinary straight 9 grades in every subject. Bravo to you all!

Welcome to the Class of 2024!!! The most exciting day in any school year is the first one, and the first one in Year 7 is excitement squared! Our new Year 7 is a big and exciting year group and we already know that they will be fantastic.

The Autumn term has started and we are looking forward to another busy and exciting term. Welcome back to all of our students!!!

On the 6th September 1989 James Brown walked through the Pitsford School (Northamptonshire Grammar School) gates. We couldn't be happier that, following in her father's footsteps exactly 35 years later, Megan herself has made the transition into Year 7.

Well done Samuel!! This weekend one of our sixth formers took part in the Great North Run and completed it in an amazing time in very wet conditions!! Samuel has gone from not running to completing a half marathon and raising money for the charity Well Child. What a great result!

Fantastic to see our U9's rugby team against Maidwell Hall School this afternoon in their first match of the season. A great game followed by a delicious post match tea!
