We have the basic technology to geo-fence a hire 🚲 or 🛴 to limit its speed or even stop them, why are we not doing it with 🚗🛻 that can do this sort of damage?
I drive, I would welcome a geo-fenced speed limiter if it meant people were safer. Who wouldn't?
