I haven't been particularly harsh on the protests so far, but I really want to see a lot of lawsuits paying out tens of millions to the students that these universities are refusing to protect

You know who else took over places after a feckless authority figure told them not to but then that authority responded with empty words and no consequences?

We are well past 'live and let live' here

This is punitive punishment of children on ideological grounds

The adults in charge of this decision should be flogged and put in stocks

I am about ready to go to war over this. It's absolutely outrageous that a respectful dissent over a boy competing with girls would result in the girls being punished -- it's flat-out misogynist in a way that even those of us that hate identity politics can't ignore.

These kinds of actions by the federal gov't go well past justice and into punitive ideological punishment

I want to clarify:

I think we are moving toward a pretty ugly world in which political polarization is the norm. You may not have a choice between party b/c your preferred (or despised) party is destined to win.

We have to figure out how to reform our parties, to recruit

Until you are willing to actually change your views, to change your patterns, to vote with your money and at the ballot box... they will just keep doing this to you.

They will do this to you for the rest of your life.
