Listen to this polling agent who said many agents aren't aware nor are they briefed about Form 17C & the information it provides like votes polled numbers, BU, CU & VVPAT serial nos. Hence they do not collect it.

When Anjali Bhardwaj Shabnam Hashmi and other civil society members went to Election Commission of India HQ yesterday (14 May) to submit petition demanding votes polled data in absolute numbers, the CEC didn't meet because he was busy & so were his juniors. ExplainX

In a letter to the Chief Election Commission, the journalist bodies made two demands —

• Hold press conference after voting in each phase

• Release entire poll data, including “absolute number” of votes polled in each phase and percentage of voting by next day. Election Commission of India

This is so so so painful. My heart goes out to him.

I didn't have the courage to hear him again.
