The Port KC team had a busy day today promoting economic growth. We kicked off with MO Department of Economic Development, MoDOT Kansas City, for the groundbreaking of Hunt Midwest KCI29Logistics mega site. Updating the region on #SupplyChain trends and investments with the great folks at KC SmartPort. Happy to report #KC is resilient, with Port KC setting records in goods movements. Tonnage at ocean ports is down, so some caution warranted in overall economic conditions.
