Great to see our ED Matron Sarah present on work we’ve been doing to reduce ambulance handover delays in RLH ED Liverpool University Hospitals NHS FT since December. Q: Is it “fixed”? No. Q:Is it better? Yes. And we’ve got data to prove it. Never underestimate the importance of better.
