Govt can provide free education and free health to wananchi. Two recent asks by Kenyan Youth. By 1976 when I left university, we never paid fees. Govt gave us BOOM, pocket money. In Makueni County from 2016-2022, for 500 shs per household, we had free universal health coverage.
