Extend life by reducing calorie. We eat 2500-3000 calories. Reduce it to 1600-2000 & gain many yrs of life. The food should have protein, starch, fat, all vitamins, minerals & fiber. Avoid processed foods, salt & sugar. Keep the eating window to 6-7 hrs a day & drink enough water
