UPDATE 🚨

UNHCR has been granted permission to intervene in a case brought by PLP’s client, a Sudanese torture survivor who is challenging plans to remove him to Rwanda.

UNHCR told the court that Rwanda had endangered asylum seekers in 2024 ⬇️
