I just found out that my pediatric neurosurgeon retired in June. If anyone has ever wondered why/how my tetraplegia/quadriplegic cerebral palsy (SQCP) presents more like Diplegia/diplegiadiparesis : It is because this man was my surgeon when I was 5 years old. Thanks Dr. Park

I have #cerebralpalsy . This comment was on a post about the fact that everything I was wearing was literally over half a century old. The fact people ignore that and ask questions about my wheelchair on posts like that is a very strange manifestation of #ableism .
