Congratulations on Knife Skills for Beginners, @OrlandoMurrin, which I enjoyed hugely. After a distinguished career as a food journalist and restauranteur, what prompted you to turn to novel writing? Have you found it very different from non-fiction/journalism? #cosycrimeclub

In Knife Skills for Beginners, Chef Paul Delamare is called in at the last minute to teach at a posh cookery school in London, Orlando Murrin. Why did you choose that setting? #cosycrimeclub
