Some nice little nature restoration projects springing up around Radley College as part of their ambitious environmental sustainability strategy. Great to see these wildflower margins on the edges of the playing fields & golf course. Small stuff for us but huge benefit for 🐝🦋🐜

A trailer full of mischief! Welcome to our ten little Herdwick store lambs. Cute as a box of frogs. Wild as foxes. Tasty as, erm, tasty things. Sad but true. No naming these young boys, but gosh they’re going to be very cherished and looked after during their short lives ❤️

Quietly curious whether this 🐝 nest project contains wild bumble 🐝 eggs, and if so when they’ll hatch. Looks like something is nesting in here. If it works this season, we’ll be rolling these home made bee nests out across Radley Campus next year. 💚

Rubbish photo…but rather heartwarming to see that David (our lonely Peacock) has buddied up with a wild heron this week. Not sure if it’s a love thing…or a territorial dispute, but the romantic in me assumes the former ❤️. There’s a book in this, I reckon!
