Dr Dilip Jadhav Sanjeev Sethi Mayuri Trivedi Vijay Kher Sreejith Parameswaran Kenar Jhaveri Adding fernando fervenza There’s no clone in the marrow or on paraprotein studies. If there was I would have suggested a short course of Dara. But Dr. Fervenza is the expert and he may be able to comment if you should try dara or something else. Young patient.

Rephrasing this phenomenal slide. Do not do an investigation just because you can order it. 💉📝 Medical field is reeling under overinvestigation epidemic.

The beauty of #MedTwitter We have the best nephropathogists and nephrologists giving input on management of a complex renal problem in a young patient.

Dr Dilip Jadhav Sanjeev Sethi Mayuri Trivedi Vijay Kher Sreejith Parameswaran Kenar Jhaveri Consensus based on all the replies is Proliferative glomerulonephritis with monoclonal immunoglobulin deposition (PGNMID) Sanjeev Sethi who described this entity provides input. fernando fervenza who’s ran the first Dara trial for PGNMID, and others recommend Dara.
