Our work building de novo 3D model sets for SARS-CoV-2 RNA elements is now in Nucleic Acids Res - academic.oup.com/nar/advance-ar…. Excited to share the inaugural lab paper. Thanks to George E. Ghanim Das Lab Ramya Rangan and Twitter-less Marike, Adam and Kathy, also The Nogales Lab. We not only obtained an atomic structure of human telomerase but also discovered histones bound to telomerase RNA.
