I have sent letters to all 435 members asking them to vote NO on the motion to table the motion to reconsider.
This would allow us to kill the current bill and amend it so it is constitutional.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna tells me that the fight against FISA Section 702 is NOT over: “The FISA court found that the federal government actually violated it over 278,000 TIMES…Call your congressman and ask them to vote to KILL FISA.”
The House should definitely reconsider the vote to expand and reauthorize FISA Title VII without requiring a warrant for searching Americans’ info in that database. I will vote NO on the motion to table.
