My comment on today’s announcement

Baffled by all of this. I cycle regularly through central London and its outer boroughs. The air quality in most of it is terrible. We really don't need to encourage or support more people to use cars more. What we need is an affordable, reliable public transport network, please.

Heading off after a flying visit to Dartington Arts with Robert Hollingworth last night. My first time here - what a lovely place (despite the rain!)! Great to meet so many friends old and new too. Thanks for having us!
