HB 1333, sponsored by Chairman Jason Dawkins, is on its way to the governor's desk for his signature after the House concurred with the Senate amendments today! This legislation will allow recycled materials to be used in stuffed toys manufactured and sold in Pennsylvania!

Legislation introduced by Chairman Jason Dawkins to strengthen PA's Prevailing Wage Act just passed the House 125-77 and heads to the Senate for further consideration! This bill would prohibit split rates and cover custom fabrication to ensure all workers are paid a living wage.
