Can we play too? We don't have favourites as we love all our books but especially love one of our recent purchases "The Fate of Fausto" by Oliver Jeffers. A modern fable for us all! Thank you Tracey Wire for recommending this one

#WorldBookDay 'The Truth Pixie can only say things that are true.' I choose this funny, moving tale that children (and adults) will love. The Truth Pixie is an enchanting, rhyming story with wonderful words by Matt Haig and perfect pictures by Chris Mould . Rachel Eperjesi?πŸ™‚

What a fantastic day, working alongside fantastic colleagues, with our wonderful school partners, who are so dedicated to working with us to train the next generation of primary teachers #teachingtheprimarycurriculum

This year's annual primary partnership conference took place at Oxstalls on Friday 6th March and was a fantastic event, focusing on Teaching the Primary Curriculum, which our school partners valued very highly. More details can be found in this blog post: uniofglos.blog/education/2020…

So proud of this - always a pleasure to work with you too Colin Forster, although lockdown meant considerably less shared cake and chocolate this time.

4. For working with trainee and new career teachers, I love Forster and Eperjesi’s book. Its aimed at new teachers, but I still get a lot out of it too. Its complex ideas broken down into useful, readable chapters and I love it.
