The Repton Music choir have arrived safely in Berlin. The pupils have been an absolute delight & following a long day of traveling have enjoyed a walking tour of Berlin. A busy few days ahead with a great deal to look forward to. First concert tomorrow evening in Potsdam at 7pm

The final performance today took place in the 2nd largest church in Berlin - Apostel-Paulus Kirche. The choir were magnificent this evening & many in the audience said how moved they were by the concert. The choir were all kindly presented with flowers 💐 at the end of the night

Over the last two nights the choir concerts have been raising money for the church communities. Last night they raised just over £800 in aid of the church and £700 the night before. Amazing that this incredible experience for them all is also enabling funds to be raised. Superb!

The last performance of the choir tour took place this evening in Wittenberg, the burial place of Martin Luther. The choir were truly magnificent & finished the tour with an utterly brilliant performance. Huge congratulations 🎊 to them, Mr Walker & Mr Owens. What a fab few days!

The choir enjoyed finding out more about the home of Bach. Incredible to think of the rich heritage of music he composed in the city. Lovely to see the Reptiles giving an impromptu performance in front of his statue before departing for Wittenberg

We could not be more proud of the Chapel Choir today. Six performances in three days in some glorious venues. Huge amounts of music, laughter and sightseeing and some special memories made. Now time for some sleep!

A truly uplifting evening with Repton Music as the Repton choral initiative presented Freedom. It was just wonderful to see members of the community coming together to sing this powerful piece. Some thought provoking lyrics, many set to familiar tunes. Huge congratulations to all

A fantastic evening last night, with Repton Choral Initiative’s performance of L’Estrange Music ‘Freedom! The Power of Song’. 130 singers from Repton Prep, Repton School and the Repton Choral Society were joined by Alexander L’Estrange and his excellent band. Thanks all!
