We all need to make our own individual choices for our health.

The type of food
(independent of calories)
determines our
fat storage and
metabolic health.

Please choose wisely.

We need to continually reexamine our beliefs and recommendations in the light of new knowledge.

I don't eat a 'balanced diet'.

Rather I favor the required macronutrients
and leave out the non-essential ones.
