We continue to broaden our approach to enhancing our learning, both for patient care and for improving clinical trial programs. Join us at AHAMeetings #AHA22 where we present adaptive enrichment of clinical trials using computational methods.

The work is supported by a series of sensitive and simulation analyses, including a positive control experiment 👇🏽, highlighting the ability of this approach to detect artificially simulated probabilistic heterogeneous effects in subpopulations in clinical trials.

This predictive model is available as a tool online: cards-lab.org/precision.

And this tool identified individuals with DM + HTN in ACCORD-BP who benefitted from CV risk reduction w/ intensive BP reduction.
