➡️The bridge was completely demolished by 12:30 p.m. today
➡️The northbound lanes will reopen by 8:00 p.m. tonight
➡️All southbound lanes will remain closed through Sunday because they need to be repaved

I am closely monitoring the I-95 closure in Norwalk. Commuters please note the road closure and consider Governor Ned Lamont’s suggestion to train options.

According to The Trevor Project's 2024 survey, 50% of LGBTQI+ youth who needed mental health care last year were unable to receive it.

Our kids shouldn’t have to struggle alone.

I fought to include specialized services for LGBTQI+ youth when I funded the 988 program.

Today, I was proud to join Rep. Tom Cole and @RosaDeLauro at the site of the Key Bridge collapse to receive an update on repairs and efforts to restore the Port of Baltimore. We're keeping our promise to be there for the people of Baltimore- every step of the way.

Maryland is grateful for these bipartisan Members who have committed to working with us in partnership to fully reopen our Port and rebuild the Bridge. It is a national priority.
