It was MY honor to represent Mayor Cavalier Johnson and Milwaukee City Development at the inspiring groundbreaking of Kevin Newell’s ThriveOn King Residences in honor of Ruth and Roosevelt Wright, a visionary and catalytic project, in collaboration with Greater Milwaukee Foundation and Medical College of Wisconsin.

Royal Capital developed this 28,000-square-foot office space on the ThriveOn Collaboration ‘s fourth floor, with the large Chicago-style windows showcasing the surrounding Bronzeville, Halyard Park, Brewers Hill, and Harambee neighborhoods.
