I was incredibly honored to be the guest speaker at the Kiwanis Club of Pontchartrain’s 45th Annual Installation Event. I am also very grateful to receive their Outstanding Community Leader Award. A big thank you for their many years of service to our children & the community.

19 years ago, Hurricane Katrina changed New Orleans forever. Today, we remember the lives lost & the journey of recovery for those who survived. We will never forget the lessons this tragedy taught us & we must continue to work together because we are not finished rebuilding.

My wife Krystle and I extend our deepest condolences to the Morial Family on the passing of New Orleans l Matriarch Sybil Haydel Morial. Mrs. Morial was one of the most consequential New Orleanians of her generation.
