On or about May 15, 2021, the Glenwood Road Hill will be closed while the NJDOT and NJ Transit improve the railroad crossing at the Ho-Ho-Kus train station. This closure will last for approximately 30 days. When Glenwood Road reopens, it will be a one-way street, down the hill

Today more than 3,000 officers took to the streets of their local communities on one of 26 separate routes to help carry the “Flame of Hope” a distance of nearly 750 miles throughout the Garden State to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics New Jersey.

North Monroe Street is closed between Waiku Rd and Woodside Ave due to a tree and utility poles that fell in the roadway.

Linwood Ave is closed between Paramus Road and N Pleasant Ave. a detour is in place to East Ridgewood Ave. plan an alternate route and expect delays throughout the area.

There was a bomb threat at Ridgewood high school. Ridgewood police assisted by numerous agencies searched the interior and exterior of the school and confirmed this was a false threat. There is currently no threat to the students.

Franklin Ave will be closed between N.Maple Ave and N.Broad St on Friday 11/17/22 for Milling and Monday 11/21/22 for paving. During that time traffic under the railroad underpass will be detoured to Ackerman Ave and E.Glen Ave. Expect delays in the area plan an alternate route

West Glen Ave is closed between Heights and Hillcrest due to a utility emergency which has caused power outages in the area.
