I’ve posted about this combo before. Tomatoes & cottage cheese is fantastic. Instead of chopped tomatoes, today I sliced them & topped them with cottage cheese & some The Spicy Gnome™ spice grinder. Tomatoes from the garden are great & I can’t have BLT’s every day. Good change up.
