Nasir Bailey Camp! Thank you to Nasir “Baby” Bailey and all the wrestlers who came out to our Summer Camp today. We had a blast learning from an elite wrestler and glad to have alumni giving back to the community.

Eric Schultz Camp. Thank you to Eric Schultz Jr. and all the wrestlers who came out to day 2 of our summer camp. Eric taught our campers some elite mindsetting and then wrestled hands on with every camper. We finished the day with some competitive dodgeball!

Summer Camp - Week 2 Got in some good work at the summer league and then back in the facility today grinding it out. We hit the weights along with plyo work and got back on the mats. Keep getting 1% better and working on your craft.

As a kid I struggled with nerves before a lot of matches. I used to catch myself wanting the easiest route possible for a win. This lead me to start overvaluing the win, which lead me to being scared to lose. Be excited for the actual wrestling, and good things happen.
