Very sad to hear of the death of clinical psychologist Nick Wood. He was a good man who I had long chats about disability (and ableism we'd experienced in clin psych!) with. He was properly political whilst still being kind and gracious and will be missed . RIP Nick.

Just finish Home Going by Yaa Gyasi. This book is absolutely incredible. It’s is a very compassionate read with multiple stories artfully woven together.

I recently read The Salt Path… the story is incredible, particularly being based on real events. I found some bits tricky to read especially in the imagery it creates.
