Just like Justice Goursch’s statement that Sandoval limited Title VI to only intentional discrimination: lexisnexis.com/community/amp-…

I would say yes, since the SCT no longer requires standing to sue or recognizes the difference between the 14th Amendment (applies tor he states only) and the Civil Rights Act (applies to private individuals and states).

Here's a wild stat:

43% of white students admitted to Harvard are legacy, athletes, or related to donors or staff.

86% admit rate for athletes is insane.

Wait. Let us not forget that standardized tested are connected to Eugenics: In his essay “The Racist Origins of the SAT,” Gil Troy calls Brigham who developed the SAT a “Pilgrim-pedigreed, eugenics-blinded bigot.” nea.org/advocating-for…

Let’s go. The majority said you cannot use race. So what laws, policies, and standards still use race? Hmm. Race-based medicine? Immigration laws? Police standards that racial profiling?

Which ones can you name?

It’s also important that the intentional racial discrimination that prevented Black and Hispanic people from building wealth has not stopped. That’s why banks, real estate agents, and appraisers still continue to be found liable for racial discrimination.

I also love how the majority says that violating the 14th Amendment is the same as violating Title VI. If that was the case then why are they different laws passed 96 years apart using different powers? Even Justice Goursch challenges that statement.

Let’s discuss the inaccuracies in the Guorsuch opinion saying that the SCT ruled Title VI only prohibits intentional discrimination. That’s false.

Been off Twitter for a while and don’t plan to get back on. Too many crazy decisions in terms of firing works and bans for mentioning on other sites. Thanks to everyone promoting my work!

The need for urgent action on corporate profiteering is undeniable & you don't have to take the word of watchdogs. Corporations are admitting it in broad daylight. And one thing is clear: they won't stop until someone makes them. 12/12
