Muscle memory is just the coolest thing to me. Whether it's playing an instrument or sports or other unnatural movements, things often just "click" overnight. Amazing that you can see big steps in your learning, but all from subconscious processes. Sleep is important!

The hardest part about innovative ideas is that you statistically are much more likely to be wrong than you are to be right. The law of large numbers says if you have enough unique ideas, a few of them are bound to be new and actually correct. Just have to put in the reps.
