Does anyone else who is v. severe sometimes feel too sick to get better? By which I mean I can't tolerate any treatments. My lvl of functioning is so low & they all make me worse to the point that I can't remember to take my meds or electrolytes or speak to caregivers.

One of the last audiobooks I listened to before I couldn't tolerate audio input anymore was The Puzzle Solver. I was on my way from moderate to severe then and I remember thinking how grateful I was not to be as bad a Whitney... Little did I know what the next year would bring.

Have many people with severe / very severe #longcovid or #pwme tried #spravato / nasal #ketamine for depression or reducing inflammation. I hear it increases glutamate in the brain... Good or bad for our conditions? I thought we had an excess of glutamate already?

Can't get out of p e m. Depression is crushing. Don't know how to stabilize. Children can't bear more than four or five days without seeing me. 1 hr nurse visit/week, have to communicate w/ caregivers & take meds & supplements. Don't know how to cut back. Sometimes I'm scared.
