What better way to say I’m not a fan of Valentine’s Day than to share, ‘I’m Not the Branch’ a deaf poem about falling out of love or is it about love. You decide. This poem first showed up Santa Clara Review and makes an entrance in my book ‘Everything That Hurt Us Becomes a Ghost’.
I had the honor of having two poems accepted by South Dakota Review . I’ve already shared the first with you, here’s the second one, aptly titled, ‘Seeded Pain’. Once again the poem is in two parts. Fair warning the pope makes an entrance.
I’m honored and thankful to Get Lit-eratured for choosing ‘Tsola’ one of two poems for print in the recent issue of @scavengers.lit. When you see life unfolding around you and within you.
Thanks to Verse Daily (@versedaily.bsky.social) and J. P. Dancing Bear 🇺🇸 🚀 🇺🇦 for featuring Sage Ravenwood’s poem “Deer Woman”! 🦌 ❤️

A poetry expose, halfway between beauty and chaos. ‘I still don’t like my face’ but this book is what happens when you cut the raw truth from your body and expose it to the light of day. The emptying… Gallaudet Univ Press
Three years ago I had something to say written in blood… So proud to have shared space with so many talented writers back then in an earlier issue of Massachusetts Review
