India blocked a Pulitzer prize-winning journalist from Indian-administered Kashmir from traveling to the U.S. to get her award.

#SannaIrshadMattoo had a valid visa & ticket. Her colleagues were allowed to board.

She says this is the 2nd time she has been blocked without reason.
