Getting ready for a telephone appointment for Laura-Grace then off to the park and the beach to meet friends for a picnic and a play. I’m back to work on Monday and very nervous about my new role but it will focus my mind from the not so good things happening. Summers nearly over

My niece is here and she and Laura-Grace are chatting away together about all sorts and laughing so cute! Last night Emilee said “jarmies on bedtime sleep in the cot jn Laura-Grace’s room wake up in morning” she’s two!

Haivng burgers for dinner tonight my little princess is chopping up the lettuce for the salad!

Been a productive day cooked a roast chicken & Laura-Grace helped me with the vegetables earlier, hung the washing out to dry in the sunshine, cleared up the kitchen, visited my mum, watched the football great result a 3-O win for Liverpool, now baking chocolate and apricot loaf!

Have jambalaya simmering away on the stove, in my pyjamas, dinner, put Laura-Grace to bed, school in the morning and then a zoom meeting! It’s a busy life as a working mum and Rainbow Guide leader!

6:21 AM “Mummy it’s morning time” and in comes Lsura-Grace “I want to get ready for school”. She’s now in the shower!

My Little Princess returned to school today she was so excited and wanting to go by 8.10 AM!

Seeing as we are now in September I’ll need to start making my Christmas pudding soon

I have just completed my early year’s professional development programme and now just need to wait for my certificate and I’ll have EYPD status feeling very proud of myself!
