Out in #Fitzrovia this evening with colleagues and friends from @clwca as we talk with residents about why I am standing in the #westend by-election and how #LabourLiesAndLetDowns from failing to implement the new #pedicabs regulation to mismanagement of #ebikes needs fixing!

We need a serious discussion on the inadequate hardware, installed on all #docklessbikes. The kickstands are not effective in windy conditions, resulting in bikes falling over and becoming a hazard. Westminster City Council needs to hold operators to account on the necessary upgrades.
