Five calls from coaches this wk with the same directives from admins: “Just keep the athletes happy”. Coaches are not officers of happiness. We teach, develop and lead. Admins declaring happiness as the most critical component have never spent a minute in our shoes. NCAA

Beyond ridiculous. Players are slipping everywhere and the ball stops dead in the snow. Hope no one gets hurt because of these conditions. It’s hardly a test of which team is better.

Won’t participate in bidding for the massively successful home WWC that finished 8 months ago, or increase investment in a local team off the back of that. Will continue to pay about 2.8m a year for an AFL team to play 3 games in Canberra 🤔
