Often think about the children & young people I have worked with over the years & whether #OT input helped make a difference to their ability to take part in meaningful activities over time, their enjoyment, sense of efficacy & belongingness. They have all taught me so so much 💚

Children might like to be squished tight against soft toys, walls, pillows or bumpers to give a sense of where they are in space. It can provide a sense of safety & security. One of our favourite books as a family - all could relate to anxiety of losing a significant companion
