#SAPD is currently working a major accident on IH Loop 1604. West bound lanes of 1604 will closed from Judson to Bulverde Rd. Expect closure for the next several hours. Traffic will be diverted to exit on Green Mountain Rd. Please find an alternate route to your destination.
