Happy to share new work from our lab: Hsp110 is a modulator of Abeta aggregation and toxicity. Too much of a chaperone is detrimental: overexpression of Hsp110 leads to increased Abeta aggregation, whereas depletion rescues the aggregation phenotype. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.11…
