We succeeded in 2/3 grounds: that the LA's decision not to follow the SENDT recommendations was unreasonable, due to their failure to take all relevant matters into account and assess all relevant considerations & there is a req for specificity in social care sections of an EHCP

So the solution proposed by Govt and LA’s appears to be, cut the number of case officers, not meet the deadlines, change the law because the deadlines cannot be met… not dealing with the thousands spent on SENDT defence or consultants, to ‘improve the experience of parents’
