Izzard hasn’t been particularly vocal on trans issues. She’s not competing on an All Women’s Shortlist.

She’s literally just a trans person standing for public office. That’s it.

National overlooked Karen Kuriger’s not fully declared conflict of interest but took action on Nanaia Mahuta’s one which was fully declared. Hmm

It makes no sense to ban gay men from donating blood.
I would happily take a transfusion of blood that was donated by a gay man.
Time to take away the old and tired stigma that surrounds this issue.
