We cannot tackle big problems or tasks in one go. It takes time, consistency, perseverance & motivation to keep going It’s hard to tackle them & can be daunting. Just taking one step in the right direction every day - is enough Keep on chipping away! 🔨

Absolutely advocate for post-treatment nurse led follow up. It's a space for addressing ongoing concerns or ones that have never been addressed during the treatment. I really valued that time with patients and helped to bring the last few months together &focus on the future.
