In this article, Shata Shetty summarises the joint collaborative project between the Nautilus Institute, 長崎大学核兵器廃絶研究センター／RECNA, Nagasaki University, Asia-Pacific Leadership Network, and the Panel on Peace and Security of Northeast Asia (PSNA), which examines cases of nuclear weapons use in a conflict in Northeast Asia.
